What a busy few weeks it’s been for Body Smarts (and every other close-contact service throughout the country). Us massage therapists need as much massaging as everyone else just on our own thumbs!
Since reopening on the 12th April 2021, we have invited clients to our new premises on Brownsover Road in Farnborough and already we feel like we have seen an entire year’s worth of footfall. There just aren’t enough hours in the day! Travelling to clients’ homes obviously takes time and the busier we are getting, the more valuable this time is becoming. Unfortunately, this means that as of Monday 10th May 2021, all travel fees will once again be put in place. This will not affect any appointments already booked before the date of writing this post (04/05/2021).
For reference, travel fees are worked out on a £1 per mile single-trip basis. If you would like to work out your own travel fees, you can just go to Google Maps, start at my postcode (GU14 9UT) and fill in your own postcode for the destination. If the journey is 3.7 miles one-way, the total would be rounded up to £4.
